Because many of our items are authentic vintage pieces, shipping timelines and methods may vary.

All shipping quotes are estimates only. The final cost will depend on the buyer’s location, access conditions (such as stairs or apartment delivery), and the size and weight of the item.

📦 Delivery Timeline

We primarily use trusted independent shippers who specialize in transporting vintage furniture. Delivery usually takes 3–7 weeks depending on the shipper’s route, schedule, and your location. Large furniture deliveries are only available within the continental United States.

Please disregard any automatic delivery estimates that appear on sales platforms. Those are generated by system algorithms and do not reflect actual communication or control over our independent shippers.

🛻 Buyer-Arranged Shipping

Buyers are welcome to coordinate their own delivery using a service like UShip.com or other preferred carriers.

• Items must be picked up within 3 weeks of purchase if using your own shipper.
• Please notify us once your shipper has been scheduled so we can prepare the item for pickup.

🌍 Smaller Item Shipping

Select smaller vintage items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. These shipments are carefully packed, fully insured, and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on location and carrier speed.

🪑 Handling & Preparation

Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected prior to pickup. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. Our vintage pieces are packed with high-quality materials to preserve finishes and prevent transit damage.

📸 Delivery Inspection

Upon arrival, please inspect your item immediately and photograph any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if you notice any shipping-related issues so that we can file a claim and coordinate resolution promptly.

Please note that delivery times may extend slightly during holiday seasons, winter months, or cross-country routes. Communication will remain open throughout your delivery process so you know when to expect your item.
