3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order before shipment.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once full payment is received. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options supported through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect contact details or delivery addresses.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping quotes shown at checkout are estimates. Final delivery cost and time may vary based on item size, weight, and buyer location. Large furniture is shipped through trusted independent carriers and typically takes 3–7 weeks for delivery within the continental U.S.

Buyers may also coordinate their own delivery service through UShip.com or a preferred carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or transit times, as they depend on independent shippers’ schedules and routes.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly misrepresented in the listing. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vintagevaultmodern@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging if there are any issues.

Refunds or replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis after review. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.
